Shipping seems quite expensive and I wondered if there was any place to buy chinchilla dust blue glow in Missouri? Or even blue cloud?
If you do not want to pay shipping, the best option would be to find a breeder in your area. I do not know how many use Blue Sparkle, but all must have Blue Cloud, which is the best powder available. Some people use only their dust BS breeders and insurance before Christ chin to the show, but you'd have to ask around to see.
