I want to buy a chinchillla. any details?
First, the chinchillas are difficult find.i are rarely seen in PetStore and if we find one, How much cost? Are difficult to care? and ive heard they are nocturnal. because this is what they are doing a lot of noise at night? OH! This large, are even friendly animals? i dont know much about them, but they seem so cool. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks!
I chinchillas. They are more difficult to find, but they are there. Pet shops usually go for about 100-200 depending on where and what color you buy. The different colors of the chilla is the most expensive they are. Gray is the norm, then beige, and white, and ebony. The mosaics also. I have not really seen any of them however. They are not difficult to care. They just have special needs that a hamster or a rabbit is not so. They do take dust baths about 1-2 times a week. What is really nice. They wallow in the bathroom of the house just like crazy! They need a diet that squeals, timothy hay and alfalfa hay. They also like peanuts and like to chew on wooden blocks. Give me my toys happy meal from McDonald's to play. They like toys. Not may have cedar chips. That's a big no no. They also need a cage that it has levels for exercise and a wheel and the ball when well. Them awake at night. I keep mine on the main level of home and really did not hear them up at all. They are very friendly, if you work with them and pay attention to them. They do not like being handled, but after a time they come to work with you and is very friendly. I absolutely love mine. I talk to them and reach the cage and give me a kiss across the cage. They are so different from any other animal. My kid and I love seeing the babies grow. Any other questions free rate Ask!
